Baoji Jingyuan Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established on October 28, 2016. It is located in the Coal Chemical Industry Area of Changqing Industrial Park in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Fengxiang County, covering an area of 50 mu with a registered capital of 101 million yuan. Its business scope includes the research and development, production and sales of formaldehyde and concrete admixtures. The company's first-phase project, with an investment of 120 million yuan to build an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of water reducers and 50,000 tons of formaldehyde, started construction in June 2017 and was completed and put into production in August 2018. The company now has three sets of installations with an annual production capacity of 70,000 tons of naphthalene-based water reducers, 30,000 tons of polycarboxylic acid water reducers and 50,000 tons of formaldehyde. By adopting advanced domestic technologies and equipment, it has realized fully automated DCS operation. The installations operate safely and stably, and the product quality meets national and industry standards. It successfully passed the environmental protection acceptance inspection in August 2018, and successively passed the final acceptance inspections of fire-fighting facilities and safety facilities in 2020. In August 2020, it obtained the Work Safety License for Dangerous Chemicals, and in February 2022, it reached the standard of the third-level work safety standardization. It was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Shaanxi Province in 2021, and was recognized as a gazelle enterprise and a demonstration enterprise for the transformation of the private economy in Shaanxi Province in 2022.
